UPDATE: Please get the latest update (3.1.5). It should fix the problems some are having, but if not, please email us.

We are currently experiencing issues with our host which are causing issues for some users with getting updated package information, logging in, websites, and syncing services.

We are working hard at resolving these issues on our end, but we've been told that it will resolve over the next couple of days. We are working on an update to the app which should help alleviate these issues now and in the future. We hope to have this within the next day or so.
